Conditions for Exchanges and Returns

Deadline: You have up to 30 days from the date you received the product to request an exchange or return.
Product condition: The product must be in its original condition, without signs of use, and in the original packaging with all accessories and components.
Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or order confirmation) is required.
Exchanges and Returns Process

Initial Contact: Please contact our customer service department by email to initiate the exchange or return process. Please provide your order number and the details of the product you wish to exchange or return.
Authorization: After initial contact, you will receive a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send the product back to us.
Sending the Product: Send the product back to the address provided, following the instructions. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking to ensure that the product is returned safely.

Assessment: As soon as we receive the returned product, we will carry out an assessment to ensure that it meets the conditions of our policy.
Refund or exchange: After evaluation, we will process your refund or send you the exchange product. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase and can take up to 10 working days to process.
Shipping costs

Returns: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped products.
Exchanges: For exchanges, the cost of shipping the new product will be covered by us.
Defective or Incorrectly Sent Products
